Back Pain. 52-year-old male with pure low back pain, 3 months post-discectomy. The treatment was focused on the Para vertebral muscles in the lumbar spine. A decrease in pain was obtained and after the third treatment by TerraQuant laser machine(RIKTA, VITYAZ, MILTA), he was able to return to physical therapy (which he had stopped due to the severity of the back pain).
