service and training
My name is Ovidiu Bosancu from Romania.I bought an Arm Peresvet Complex(Arm Peresvet and Rikta) from Moscow. I bought this device through my cousin who lives in Moscow. When I bought this device it has been told me that I can get service and training from Tehnorus SRL.I send email Tehnorus SRL with series number of devices and they told me that it's necessary your accept.The president of Tehnorus SRL,mister Muntean send a fax with series number of device to Moscow.It past one month but I don't receive any answer.Please contact me by email if you need more informations about it. Please send your accept to Tehnorus SRL for I get training and service . Thank you very much.

Dear Mr. Ovidiu Bosancu, according to regulations of our company technical and medical-methodological survienes of production distributed in RF is provided only within the territory of Russian Federation. We bear no responsibility for a person who promissed you such services abroad. You may apply for assistence to our Agent Mr. Muntean, but it is up to him to make a decision and to determine financial terms for rendering service and training. As for the training, we can suggest our training courses in Moscow. Look for our price-list attached.
